- Delivery
1.1 Delivery times
Tap & Joy aims to deliver your order within 4 working days of your purchase. Please note that our products are delivered per keg and each keg weighs 20kg. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and other factors, but we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
1.2 Delivery address
Please ensure that you provide an accurate delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or loss of goods due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
1.3 Delivery damage
If you notice any damage to the kegs upon receipt of your order, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the situation.
- Returns
2.1 Opened kegs
Unfortunately, opened kegs cannot be returned. Due to the nature of our products and the potential exposure to external factors after opening, we cannot re-accept opened kegs. Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before opening the kegs.
2.2 Defective or incorrectly delivered products
If you have received a defective product or accidentally received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue by sending you a replacement or refunding you.
